A note from the founder
We knead competition the old-fashioned way — slowly, with care.
When I opened the doors above the laundromat on Gertrude Street in 2016, the realm was six friends, three couches and a single cabinet PC. We ran our first cup for a jar of coins and a box of Portuguese tarts from the bakery downstairs. That smell — warm crust and cheap energy drinks — is still what our clubhouse smells like today.
I believe great teams rise like good dough: given time, warmth and the right hands. We do not chase overnight talent. We proof it. Every player who walks in gets the same starter, the same recipe, and a coach who genuinely wants to see them prove.

02Proof on the Ranked Ladder
AU$19/month · unlimited ladder play
Play ranked sets Tuesday through Sunday with post-match VOD notes from a coach. Members get two priority booking hours in the Fitzroy clubhouse every week to rise from Flour to Grand Loaf.
03Bake in the Weekly Cup
AU$25 entry · AU$5,000 monthly pool
Saturday cups run bracket-style from 11am, with the grand final broadcast from our clubhouse stage. Top four split the pool; every entrant leaves with a fresh batch of ranked points and a jam donut.
